These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all platforms operated by 4More Inc. ("4More", "we", "us"), including 4more.ca, pay.4more.ca, bin.4more.ca, bid.4more.ca, and fix.4more.ca. By using any of our platforms, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any 4More platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platforms.

2. Auction Platform & HiBid

Bid4more auctions are conducted through HiBid (hibid.com), a third-party auction platform. All bidding, payment, and invoicing is handled through HiBid. By participating in our auctions, you also agree to HiBid's terms of service and privacy policy.

3. Product Listings & Disclosures

All products sold through Bid4more are liquidation, overstock, returned, or open-box goods. Item conditions are disclosed using our standardized grading system. For full details, see our Grade Guide.

We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph items. However, minor variations may occur. Product photos show the actual item being sold unless otherwise noted.

4. Pricing & Bidding

All prices and bids are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Auction results are final — winning bids constitute a binding commitment to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel auctions or reject bids at our sole discretion.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review the policy before bidding.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platforms — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of 4More Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4More Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platforms or the purchase of any products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
