Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: October 20, 2025
All items sold through Bid4more auctions are liquidation, overstock, returned, or open-box goods. By bidding on and purchasing items through our HiBid auctions, you acknowledge and accept the following return policy.
Auction Items — 3-Day Return Window
All auction items come with a 3-day return window from the date of pickup or delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as when received
- Returned with all included accessories and packaging
- Accompanied by the HiBid invoice number
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items described as "as-is" or "for parts/repair" (Grade D / Fix4more items)
- Items that have been used, installed, or modified after pickup
- Items returned after the 3-day window
- Perishable goods, consumables, and personal care items
How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 3 days of pickup/delivery at support@4more.ca with your HiBid invoice number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request within 1 business day.
- If approved, bring the item back to our Oakville warehouse during pickup hours.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Buyer's premium and any shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.
Condition Grading
All items are graded using our standardized Grade Guide. Please review item conditions carefully before bidding. The grade assigned to each item reflects its physical and functional condition at the time of inspection.
