How do I bid on Bid4more auctions?

All bidding is handled through our partner platform HiBid. Browse auctions on Bid4more, then click "Bid Now" to be redirected to HiBid where you can register and place bids. Bid4more does not process bids directly.

Do I need a HiBid account?

Yes. You will need to create a free account on HiBid to participate in any auction. Registration requires a valid email address and a credit card on file for bidding.

How does the bidding work?

Our auctions use a timed online bidding format. Each lot has a starting bid and the auction runs for a set period. You can place bids at any time before the auction closes. If a bid is placed in the final minutes, the closing time may be extended to allow counter-bids.

What is the buyer's premium?

A 15% buyer's premium is added to the hammer price (winning bid) of each lot. For example, if you win a lot at $100, your subtotal before tax would be $115. Applicable sales taxes (HST) are then calculated on the total.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is processed through HiBid. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, and other methods supported by the HiBid platform. Cash and e-Transfer are not accepted.

Payment is due within 3 business days of the auction closing. Failure to pay within this window may result in forfeiture of the lot and suspension from future auctions.

Where do I pick up my items?

All pickups take place at our warehouse: 1121 Invicta Dr, Unit 13, Oakville, ON L6H 2R2. You will receive an email with available pickup dates and times after the auction closes and payment is confirmed.

How long do I have to pick up my items?

Items must be picked up within 5 business days of payment. After that period, a storage fee of $10 per day applies. Items not claimed within 14 days may be forfeited with no refund.

Do you offer shipping?

Most lots are pickup only. For select smaller items, shipping may be available at the buyer's expense. Contact us after winning to discuss shipping options and costs. Shipping is not guaranteed for all lots.

What should I bring to pickup?

Bring a copy of your paid invoice (digital or printed) and a valid photo ID. For large lots, we recommend bringing a truck or van. Our staff will assist with loading, but you are responsible for providing appropriate transportation.

All auction sales are final. Liquidation goods are sold as-is, as-described. We strongly encourage bidders to attend preview days and review lot descriptions and photos carefully before bidding.

If an item is materially different from the auction listing description, contact us within 48 hours of pickup with photos and details. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial or full credit at our discretion.
