A - Sealed / Like New
Retail QualityThe highest quality tier. These items are functionally flawless and cosmetically pristine. They may arrive in damaged original packaging or brown boxes, but the item itself is perfect.

- ✓100% functionally tested and verified.
- ✓Includes all essential accessories required for use.
B - Minor Wear
Fully FunctionalThe sweet spot for value. These items have minor, strictly cosmetic blemishes from previous handling or shipping, but they operate exactly like a brand-new unit.
- ✓Minor scuffs or superficial scratches (usually on the back/bottom).
- ✓100% functionally tested and verified.
- ✓Screens and primary displays are free of cracks.
C - Major Wear
Heavily UsedHeavily discounted utility items. These have clear signs of use, prominent cosmetic damage, or may be missing non-essential accessories, but the core functionality remains intact.
- ✓Visible dents, deep scratches, or worn finishes.
- ✓Core functions operate properly.
- ✓May require a standard cable or non-essential part to be provided by the user.
D - Salvage / As-Is
For DIY & FlippersWarning: All Sales Final. These items do not function out of the box. They are sold strictly "As-Is" for parts, DIY repair, and high-margin resale.
- ✓Known defects (e.g., won't power on, cracked digitizer).
- ✓Untested pallet returns or mixed electronics boxes.
- ✓Strictly No Returns. No Refunds.

We are not a blind dropshipper. Every Grade A, B, and C item is processed by a human at our Oakville facility. If an item does not match its graded condition upon arrival, we make it right under our standard 3-day return policy.
