How It Works
The Consignment Process
Get in Touch
Contact our consignment team with details about your inventory — type of goods, quantity, condition, and retail value. We will assess whether your goods are a good fit for our auctions.
Deliver or Arrange Pickup
Drop off your inventory at our warehouse (1121 Invicta Dr, Unit 13, Oakville, ON L6H 2R2) or arrange a pickup for larger consignments. We handle receiving and intake.
We Lot & List
Our team inspects, photographs, and lots your goods. Each lot is listed on HiBid with detailed descriptions, photos, and condition notes to maximize buyer interest.
Auction & Settlement
Your lots go live in our next scheduled auction. After the auction closes and buyer payments are collected, you receive your settlement minus the agreed commission.
Consignment Requirements
- ✓Minimum consignment value of $1,000 (retail) per submission
- ✓Goods must be legal to sell in Ontario, Canada
- ✓No hazardous materials, recalled products, or prohibited items
- ✓Items should be in sellable condition (functional, not heavily damaged)
- ✓Manifests or inventory lists are appreciated but not required
- ✓Palletized or organized inventory preferred for large consignments
